UNIT 5: FESTIVALS IN VIET NAM Lesson 1: Getting started I/ OBJECTIVES By the end of the lesson, students can: - Listen and read for specific information about ‘Festivals in Viet Nam’, practice listening and speaking with the lexical items related to ‘Festivals in Viet Nam’. 1. Review - 10' - Teacher writes “Tet festival” on the board. - Work in two groups - Group A writes what Vietnamese people should do and group B writes what Vietnamese people shouldn’t do during the Tet festival. - Teacher monitors and gets feedback. - Add any names of any other festivals in Viet Nam that you know or have been to. ?
