In an aerobic class, people might be moving energetically, following the instructor's lead, and enjoying the music. They might also be cheering each other on and encouraging one another, which suggests a positive and supportive atmosphere. If they are out of sync, looking at their watches or phones, or not participating in the moves, they may not be enjoying the class.
