I have lived in Hanoi for many years. There is a lot of traffic on the road all day. There are many cars, buses, taxis and trucks on the high roads. Vietnamese people like to travel by motorbike. Almost every family has a motorbike. Traffic jams usually happen between 7am and 5pm because that's when people go to work or school and back home. On the road sometimes accidents happen. So, in order to minimize these problems, we need to follow traffic rules to reduce accidents as much as possible.
