1 How do you think the person is feeling?

Looking at the picture I think she is tired upset and disappointed because I see her holding her head and her face is sad. Maybe something bad happened to her.

2 Which is worse in your opinion, a broken computer or a broken mobile phone?

I think the worst in my opinion is she is having a problem with her computer. I guess that because she is looking at the screen of the computer and it looks like she can't continue working on her computer anymore.

3 When was the last time you had a problem with a gadget? What happened? 

The last time I had a problem with my mobile phone was in May 2022. My mom bought me a smart phone from my studying. I love it and I bring it everywhere I go. But because of my carelessness, I dropped it while I was walking to school. Fortunately, there were some small cracks on the screen and it still worked normally. After that I just needed to change the screen and it cost me 100.000VND for it. From that time, I try to use my phone as carefully as possible.
