 Bài làm:

Each country has its own customs and traditions which show the cultura and lifestyle of the whole nation. Viet Nam is not out of that rule when we have a variety of customs and traditions from 54 ethnic groups. Today we want to mention to a very popular customs on tet holiday: visiting pagoda or temple.

In the past, at new year’s eve, people had a habit of going to pagoda to wish their family health, happiness, success, etc. They fetched burning insences from the pagoda, brought them home and put them on the alter. People often called it “ lay lua”. They also picked some leaves and burgeons on the trees in the pagoda with a hope that they would bring luck.

But today, this customs has changed. Not many people go to pagoda to “lay lua” anymore. That’s so regrettable.
