4. Lan said that she would take the bus home the next afternoon.

5. David explained that he was doing exercise at that moment.

Trả lời:

Trả lời:

=> He asked her how they got downtown.

2. “How long are you staying at the hotel?”

=> Nam asked me how long I was staying at the hotel.

3. “Do you have time for a walk?”

=> Greg asked me if I had time for a walk.

4. “What are your favorite books?”

=> She asked me what my favorite books were.

5. “When will you start the lesson?”

=> He asked her when she would start the lesson.

D. Turn the following reported speech into direct questions. (Chuyển các câu nói gián tiếp sau đây thành các câu hỏi trực tiếp)

Trả lời:

1. Mary asked me why I wanted that expensive hat.

=> Mary asked me "Why do you want this expensive hat?"

2. he father asked the young girl where she wanted to go.

=> The father asked the young girl "Where do you want to go?"

3. Ann asked me if I could cook her a Vietnamese meal.

=> Ann asked me "Can you cook me a Vietnamese meal?"
