• More shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and other entertainment options, catering to the needs and demands of the city's residents and visitors.
• Greater use of technology and smart solutions, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance efficiency and convenience in various aspects of urban life, such as transportation, waste management, and public safety.

• Less air pollution and traffic congestion, as the city is expected to adopt more sustainable transportation modes, such as electric and hybrid vehicles, and promote the use of bicycles and walking.
• Fewer cultural and historical landmarks, as the city is taking steps to preserve its rich cultural heritage, such as the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Temple of Literature.
