Things I usually do:

• I always carry a cell phone with me in case of emergencies.
• I usually check my email at least once a day to stay on top of things.
• I like to practice my English grammar regularly to improve my skills.
• I often talk with my classmates during breaks to catch up and socialize.

Things I never or almost never do:

• I almost never climb a mountain because I'm not much of an outdoors person.
• I rarely eat fruit for breakfast because I prefer something more filling like eggs or oatmeal.
• I don't usually eat lunch in a cafeteria because I prefer to bring my own food from home.
• I never wear athletic shoes unless I'm exercising because I find them uncomfortable.

Things I am doing (or not doing) right now:

• I am trying new foods because I'm on a mission to expand my palate.
• I am not wearing athletic shoes because I'm currently working from home and don't need to dress up.
• I am not checking my email at the moment because I'm taking a break and trying to unplug.
• I am not talking with a classmate because I'm studying alone in the library.
