2. The nutrition in each item:

- Fish: rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium

- Eggs: high in calories, protein and vitamins. They are a low-carb food and they have a tiny amount of sugar and no fiber.

- Chips: high in carbohydrate and fat.

- Cabbage: high in vitamins, low - calories, fat-free.

- Strawberry: high in vitamins, mineral, antioxidants; Cholesterol-free; Low-fat.

- Yogurt: high in vitamin A, vitamin C and calcium; Low-fat.
