Traditionally, surgeon's job is done by men rather than women because it's a job that need very good physical and mental strength so people believe that women can't make a great surgeon. However, becoming a surgeon needs a lot of skills such as medical knowledge, physical and mental strength, good persuasion skills, excellent eyesight and skilful hands, good teamwork and communication skills,... I believe that both of women and men have the same abilities to learn and apply medical knowledge and women can be as mentally strong as men to perform long and tiring operations. So that both of them can make great surgeons.
